We offer real estate services on a consulting basis. Our consulting services cover any of the real estate services provided by a traditional brokerage except our services are billed on an hourly basis and/or a fee-for-service basis which can save you thousands of dollars. You choose the a la carte service you need. From a simple real estate question to contract-to-close transaction ... We Guide, You Decide.

The Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) regulates licensed brokers. To become a licensed broker in Texas, you must have 900 hours of core and related qualifying classroom hours of education, submit fingerprints, pass the state exam, and pass an FBI background check. Brokers must also complete 18 hours of continuing education every two years which must include Legal & Ethics to maintain their licenses.
